Rob Dolan White Label Pinot Gris is a little bit different. They enable the juice to take in colour, texture and flavour from the skins, resulting in a crisp and textural Pinot Gris with a unique blush colour.
The wine presents aromas of nashi pear, white peach, and apple with a palate: of cantaloupe, and nectarine, wrapped in a slightly oily texture, prodiving this wine with a sensational mouthfeel.

Vineyards: Made from grapes sourced from lower Yarra Valley vineyards by Rob Dolan, Adrian Santolin and team.
Winemaking: Crushed berries spend 12 hours on skins to gently extract colour and aromatics. 30% of the wines is aged in 100% new French oak for 9 months, 70% is aged in 1st + 2nd use oak for 9 months.
