A French grape that, in our Rueda terroir, achieves vibrant complexity and expressiveness, unveiling new nuances. The unique soil and climate of this region amplify its characteristics, offering a fresh way to discover this aromatic variety.
Vineyards: Our vineyards are situated at Finca Las Amedias, at an altitude of 770 metres. The Sauvignon Blanc vines thrive in poor soil, where a combination of clay and gravel ensures effective water retention and drainage.
Winemaking: We use three materials for vinification: concrete, foudres, and stainless steel. Fermentation is carried out using micro-oxygenation at controlled temperatures of 16°C and 14°C. To enhance volume and develop this wine’s creamy texture, it remains in contact with its lees up until bottling.
