About
Champagne Gobillard is a family-owned house based in Hautvillers, the historic village of Dom Pérignon. The estate produces elegant, traditional Champagnes that reflect the classic style of the region with freshness, finesse and balance.
Winemaking: Grapes are carefully selected from vineyards across the Champagne region and gently pressed before fermentation in stainless steel. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle using the traditional method and is aged on lees to develop complexity, fine bubbles and a creamy texture.
Vineyards: Sourced from vineyards around Épernay and surrounding Champagne sub-regions, where chalk-rich soils and cool climate conditions preserve acidity and encourage slow, even ripening of the grapes.
