This peated single malt is crafted to introduce a subtle smoky dimension to Irish whiskey, using lightly peated malted barley and traditional distillation methods. The result is a balanced spirit that retains Irish smoothness while adding gentle layers of smoke and complexity.
Serving suggestion: Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to open up the citrus and smoke balance. Also works well in a smoky Irish highball with soda and ice.
