About
Torabhaig Distillery is the second licensed distillery on the Isle of Skye and represents a new chapter in the island’s whisky-making history. Combining traditional methods with a clear vision for the future, Torabhaig has quickly earned a reputation for producing distinctive peated single malts.
Cnoc Na Mòine, meaning "hill of peat" in Gaelic, is part of the Legacy Series that documents the development of the distillery’s signature style. Matured in carefully selected oak casks, it highlights the balance between expressive peat smoke and the bright, fruity character of the spirit.
Serving suggestion: Best enjoyed neat to experience its maritime peat character, or with a few drops of water to reveal additional citrus and malt notes. Pairs exceptionally well with smoked seafood, charcuterie or mature cheeses.
