Graham's 30 year old Tawny Port was matured in oak casks for a concentrated flavour with more restrained sweetness than in younger ports.
In the glass, the port is an orange hued amber, its nose showing a dazzling array of dried fruits. It leads to a palate which shows its 3 decades of maturity with a dense array of flavours, honeyed fruit and an underlying nuttiness. The finish seems unending, smooth and oh so mellow.
