This 15 Year Old expression is matured in oak casks before being finished in carefully selected Ruby Marsala wine casks. The finishing process enhances the whisky with additional layers of red fruit richness, sweetness and complexity while preserving the distillery’s naturally fresh and balanced profile.
Serving suggestion: Enjoy neat to fully appreciate the influence of the Ruby Marsala casks, or add a few drops of water to reveal additional fruit and floral complexity. An excellent accompaniment to dark chocolate desserts or berry-based dishes.
