This 15 Year Old expression is matured in oak casks before being finished in carefully selected Sweet Marsala wine casks from Sicily. The additional maturation enriches the whisky with layers of dried fruit, honeyed sweetness and complexity while retaining Aultmore’s distinctive freshness and elegance.
Serving suggestion: Best enjoyed neat to appreciate the Sweet Marsala influence, or with a few drops of water to reveal further layers of fruit and spice. Pairs beautifully with crème brûlée, fruit-based desserts or mature soft cheeses.
