Tasting Notes:
Nose: Aromas of ripe pear, honey and dried apricot are complemented by vanilla, citrus zest and delicate floral notes.
Palate: Smooth and layered with flavours of orchard fruits, sweet malt and honey, followed by notes of sultanas, caramel and gentle oak spice from the Marsala cask finish.
Finish: Long and elegant with lingering dried fruit sweetness, soft spice and refined oak character.

Aultmore Distillery, founded in 1897 in Speyside, is celebrated for producing clean, refined single malts with a distinctive fresh and grassy style. Its whiskies are known for their elegance, balance and subtle complexity.
This 15 Year Old expression is matured in oak casks before receiving a finishing period in carefully selected Dry Marsala wine casks from Sicily. The additional maturation enhances the whisky with layers of dried fruit, sweetness and spice while preserving Aultmore’s naturally fresh and delicate character.
Serving suggestion: Best enjoyed neat to appreciate the influence of the Marsala casks, or with a few drops of water to reveal additional fruit and floral notes. Pairs particularly well with almond desserts, fruit tarts or mature cheeses.
