Isle of Raasay Cask Strength Release is the cask strength edition of thier signature Isle of Raasay Single Malt. Bottled at 61.3% abv, its non-chill filtered and with natural colour.
To taste, it is lightly peated, balanced with rich dark fruit flavours. Honey gold in colour and with hints of red wine hues.
The Raasay distillers mature peated and unpeated spirit separately in three distinct cask types (Rye Whiskey, virgin Chinkapin oak, and Bordeaux red wine) before blending to create real depth and complexity, showcasing their lightly peated style with rich, dark fruit flavours.
