In the glass, it shows a light golden hue. The nose opens with juicy pear drops, crisp green apple, delicate floral notes and a hint of honeyed vanilla. On the palate, it’s smooth and lively, combining orchard fruit with malt, vanilla cream and soft oak. The finish is fresh and clean, with lingering sweetness, gentle fruit and a whisper of oaky warmth.

Nose: Bright pear candies, green apples, subtle floral blossom, and sweet vanilla.
Palate: Orchard fruit (pear, apple), soft malt, vanilla cream, gentle oak spice and honeyed tones.
Finish: Clean, crisp and gently sweet with lingering green fruit, vanilla, and light oak.
Drinking
This whisky is delightful neat — its youth and fruitiness shine on their own — but a drop of water will open up the orchard fruit and vanilla layers. It also serves well over a large ice cube for a slightly softer, more relaxed dram. Due to its fresh and accessible style, it can feature in lighter, whisky-centric cocktails (like a highball or a whisky sour) without overpowering.
