Intense red colour, fresh and fruity aromas with spiced notes that grant complexity.

Sweet and gentle with mild and round tannins. Delicate and easy-to-drink

About

Harvest starts in early March. Grapes are crushed immediately after to preserve the optimal aromas. A prefermentative maceration is performed at 12ºC during 48 hours.

Then fermentation takes place between 23ºC and 26 ºC, during 9 days, with the addition of selected yeasts.

30% of this blend is oak aged for 3 months, half in French oak and half in American oak.

Grilled, roasted or braised meat. Pizza or Tex-Mex.

This Pinot Grigio is very light in colour, light in the mouth, and beautifully flavoured by apple and pineapple with a smooth long finish

Tempranillo with nice medium weight palate, with rich fruit flavours and soft tannins, long on the finish

Aromas and flavours of strawberries, cherries and mushrooms, with fruit nicely integrated with hints of wood and vanilla on the palate

Tussock Jumper Vinho Verde is from the Minho region of Portugal and is a fresh medium dry white, laden with bags of floral fruit

Tussock Jumper Carmenere
Tussock Carmenere has a ruby red and purple hue appearance, with ripe aromas and flavours of fleshy cherries, blackberries, strawberries and vanilla
