Golden yellow with greenish hints. Fruity aromas of citrus. On the palate, grassy, fresh mineral citrus, white pepper, and with hints of fennel and liquorice.

Back to the traditional way of cultivation, Tussock's Verdejo is from a fully natural crop without herbicides, pesticides, or insecticides.

The fermentation is carried out with native yeasts.  In addition, clarification is done with natural products and bottling with minimizing the use of sulphites.

The huge benefit of no chemical treatment at any time is the organic and vegan certification.
