Tasting Notes:
Nose: Aromas of heather honey, dried fruit and orange peel are layered with gentle peat smoke, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Palate: Full and warming with flavours of rich dried fruit, toffee and honey, followed by sweet spice, sherry richness and Highland Park’s signature heathery smoke.
Finish: Long and slightly smoky with lingering spice, dried fruit sweetness and soft oak.

Highland Park Distillery, located in Kirkwall on the Orkney Islands, is known for its distinctive balance of gentle peat smoke and sherry cask sweetness. The maritime climate and traditional floor malting contribute to its uniquely complex house style.
Dragon Legend is inspired by Norse mythology and crafted using a higher proportion of heavily charred sherry-seasoned casks. This creates a bolder, smokier expression while still retaining Highland Park’s hallmark balance of sweetness, spice and heathery peat.
Serving suggestion: Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to open up the dried fruit and smoke. Pairs well with dark chocolate, roasted nuts or spiced desserts.
