Tasting Notes

Olim Bauda is a family-run winery in Piedmont dedicated to producing authentic wines that express the region’s unique grape varieties and terroirs. Alongside its acclaimed red and white wines, the estate crafts elegant Moscato d'Asti that captures the freshness and aromatic charm of this famous Piedmontese style.
Winemaking: The grapes are harvested at peak aromatic maturity and gently pressed. Fermentation is carefully controlled in pressurised tanks and stopped early to retain natural grape sugars, delicate bubbles and the wine’s intense floral and fruit-driven character.
Vineyards: The vineyards are located in the rolling hills of Piedmont, where limestone-rich soils, sunny exposures and cool evening temperatures help preserve aromatic intensity, freshness and balance in the Moscato grapes.
