About

Pierre Mignon is a family-run Champagne house based in Le Breuil in the Marne Valley. With vineyards spread across the Marne Valley, Côte des Blancs and Épernay, the estate focuses on expressing diverse terroirs through carefully crafted blends that combine freshness, precision and aromatic richness.

Winemaking: Grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected before gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. The base wines are vinified separately by grape variety and terroir before blending. The wine undergoes extended ageing on lees in bottle, contributing to its creamy texture, fine mousse and complex brioche character. Minimal filtration is used to preserve aromatic intensity.

Vineyards: Fruit is sourced from 14 hectares of vineyards across the Marne Valley, Côte des Blancs and Épernay. The blend is typically dominated by Pinot Meunier, supported by Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with each terroir contributing fruit expression, structure and freshness.

Food Pairing

Perfect as an aperitif or with seafood such as lobster, scallops, roasted fish, creamy poultry dishes and light pâté with fruit.
