About
Founded in 1729, Ruinart is the oldest established Champagne house and is internationally recognised for its elegant, Chardonnay-led Champagnes. Ruinart Rosé has become one of the house's most celebrated cuvées, admired for its finesse, freshness and distinctive fruit character.
Winemaking: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are vinified separately before blending, with a proportion of still red Pinot Noir wine added to create the rosé style. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle using the traditional Champagne method and is matured on lees to develop complexity, texture and aromatic depth.
Vineyards: Fruit is sourced from selected Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards across Champagne. Chalk-rich soils and the region’s cool climate contribute freshness, precision and the elegant mineral character that defines Ruinart Rosé.
