Champagne Collet is a historic cooperative-style house founded in 1921 in Aÿ, one of Champagne’s most prestigious villages. The house is known for its refined, gastronomic style, focusing on Premier and Grand Cru vineyard sources.
Winemaking: Grapes are sourced from carefully selected Premier and Grand Cru vineyards across Champagne. After gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and extended lees ageing. The magnum format allows slower maturation, enhancing texture, depth and complexity.
Vineyards: Fruit is sourced from top vineyard sites across the Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs and Vallée de la Marne, where chalk and limestone soils and a cool continental climate ensure freshness, structure and aromatic precision.
