Tasting Notes

On the nose you get unripe banana, cinnamon, with caramel, leading onto a palate of raisins and sweet sultanas with a hint of salted caramel. The caramel lasts into the finish becoming burnt with the warmth of ginger and tangy lime.

Sourced from two of the most prestigious distilleries in the world, our blend contains a 3-year old 100% Pot Still rum from the Worthy Park Distillery, Jamaica combined with a 5-year old 100% Column Still rum from the Foursquare Distillery, Barbados.

Suggested Serve...

Serves 8-10 

• 150ml Duppy Aged
• 50 ml Duppy Spiced
• 20ml Orgeat syrup
• 60m Ginger syrup
• 60ml Lemon syrup
• 250ml Pineapple juice
• 250ml Orange juice
• 6 dashes of Angostura bitters
• 20ml Grenadine syrup

Stir together all the ingredients (except the grenadine, and bitters). Fill the bowl with cubed ice and extra fruit if you want. Top with grenadine and bitters, garnish with orange and pineapple slices.

If you're delivery address is local (Eccleston, and most of the St Helens area) we will deliver on the same day you order. Alternatively, you can choose to collect it from our shop.
