Tasting Notes:
Nose: Fresh citrus and orchard fruit aromas mingle with sea spray, soft smoke and a hint of vanilla sweetness.
Palate: Smooth and lively with flavours of sweet malt, toffee and ripe fruit, followed by gentle peat smoke, pepper and coastal salinity.
Finish: Medium to long with lingering smoky warmth, cracked black pepper and subtle maritime notes.

Founded in 1830, Talisker Distillery is the oldest working distillery on the Isle of Skye and is renowned for producing whiskies with a distinctive maritime character. Its coastal location and traditional production methods create a unique combination of smoke, spice and sea-swept freshness.
Talisker Skye was created to reflect the softer side of the distillery’s house style. Matured in a higher proportion of toasted American oak casks, it combines sweetness and fruit with Talisker’s signature peppery smoke, resulting in a balanced and accessible single malt.
Serving suggestion: Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to enhance the sweet fruit and coastal notes. Also pairs wonderfully with smoked seafood, mature cheeses or dark chocolate.
