Tasting Notes

Jansz Tasmania is one of Australia's most celebrated sparkling wine producers, specialising exclusively in premium sparkling wines. Benefiting from Tasmania’s cool maritime climate, the winery has established a reputation for producing elegant sparkling wines that rival many of the world's finest examples.
Winemaking: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are harvested at optimal acidity and gently pressed. Following primary fermentation, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in bottle using the traditional method and is aged on lees to develop complexity, texture and finesse.
Vineyards: The vineyards are located across Tasmania's cool-climate wine-growing regions, where long ripening seasons, maritime influences and pristine growing conditions help produce fruit with exceptional freshness, balance and aromatic intensity.
