From the Chehalem (pronounce "she-HAY-lem") Mountains AVA - American Viticultural Area - located in the Yamhill and Washington counties of northwestern Oregon.
The grapes are sourced from Corral Creek Vineyard just east of Newberg. LIVE and Salmon Safe Certified. Sustainable farming practices. Dry Farmed (no irrigation).
The grapes are hand sorted, ensuring clean, perfect fruit is selected for the wine.
The wine is then femented in two neutral French oak barrels, where it is barrel aged for 10 months.
Cold stablized, non-filtered. Minimal sulphur. Very clear.
