The grapes for this cuvée come from 20 Crus from the Grands and Premiers Crus sites of the Champagne region.
The blend is completed with 20% reserve wines, to preserve and showcase the Champagne Collet house style.
This cuvée was aged in bottle for a minimum of four years in the very heart of the historic limestone cellars, which are centuries old.
