Blackberry jam, ripe, fresh fruit, with red berries and earth notes. Rich and complex palate with an elegant and intense combination of spices and woody notes.

About

Vineyards: From 80-year old, ungrafted vines planted on sandy soils.

Winemaking: Partially destemmed and fermented with wild yeasts in amphorae lined with resin. The wines were kept in contact with the wine pulp until late November. Naturally occuring malolactic fermentation was followed by basket press.
