The blend is composed of 70% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, and 30% Chardonnay. It develops a great harmony and offers bright bubbles, and an elegant and expressive nose of white flowers aromas. The palate is clear, precise and gourmand

Located in Reims, Champagne Irroy was founded in 1820 and has been owned by Champagne Taittinger since 1955.

This Champagne is aged for a minimum of two and a half years before release.
