Originally distilled on the haunted site of an old salt depot in Cambridgeshire, there were stories of eerie whispers, partial apparitions and of bottles being knocked from shelves.
Nearby was ancient Icknield Way where historic battles took place between the Boudican revolt and the Roman Empire. Locals would say the haunting was from a lost Roman legionary, others suggested it was Queen Boudicca herself.
We just called the spirit… Ghost! And that inspired our rebellious vodka. A seditious soul with formidable clout.
