Viticulture: Fruit for this wine is sourced mainly from the Central Ranges area that comprises Cowra, Orange & Mudgee in New South Wales.

Winemaking: Traditional red wine vinification in stainless steel tanks in order to retain as much fruit flavour profile as possible.
