About
Balcones Distilling is based in Waco, Texas, and has earned international acclaim for its innovative approach to American whiskey. The distillery is known for pushing traditional boundaries while maintaining a strong commitment to craftsmanship and flavour.
Balcones Pot Still Bourbon is distilled entirely in copper pot stills, a less common method in bourbon production that helps create a richer texture and deeper flavour profile. Matured in new oak casks, the whiskey develops its characteristic balance of sweetness, spice and oak complexity.
Serving suggestion: Best enjoyed neat or over a large cube of ice to appreciate its rich character. It also makes an excellent base for classic bourbon cocktails such as an Old Fashioned or Manhattan.
