Located in La Cadiere d'Azur small parcels of vines are selected from a number of various soil types influenced by sandstone, pebbles and shale. This coupled with the Mediterranean climate allows the wine to display its intense colour and fruit forward style.
This Syrah is a modern take on a traditional style. The winemaking is gently controlled, vinifying separate parcels of grapes in order to maximise the fruit characters of each parcel before blending and bottling.
