Viña Real is part of CVNE, one of Rioja’s most historic and respected producers. The Gran Reserva represents one of the estate’s most traditional and age-worthy styles, crafted only in exceptional vintages and designed for long maturation.
Winemaking: Grapes are carefully selected and fermented under controlled conditions before extended ageing in oak barrels followed by long bottle maturation. This slow process develops complexity, smooth tannins and layered tertiary aromas.
Vineyards: Sourced primarily from Rioja Alavesa, where limestone-clay soils and a cool Atlantic influence produce elegant, structured Tempranillo with excellent acidity and ageing potential.
