Coming from the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region in Northern Italy, Novapalma combines traditional farming with modern winemaking techniques. Manually harvested with gentle pressing and fermentation, the wine is then vinified in stainless steel at controlled temperatures to protect the juice and ensure the cleanest and freshest wine possible.
