Tussock Jumper (Sheep) Sauvignon Blanc originates from the Marlborough area of New Zealand where the land consist of free draining alluvial alleys.

The desposits in these alleys are the result of the breakdowm of local sandstone, which is called greywacke, and forms the backbone of the countries mountainous area which lends heavily towards the "Marlbourough Sauvignon Blanc" unique and popular flavours.

Most grilled fish, and especially oily fish. Also fantastic with prawns and other shell fish.
