Tussock Jumper Shiraz has a good level of acidity matched by its initial cherry sweetness. The finish is peppered spiciness which lingers in the mouth.

Tussock Jumper shiraz is a South Eastern Australian wine from the Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney triangle boasting vineyards nestled in a majestic landscape of rich red soils under clear blue skies with an abundance of golden sunshine.

The grapes are first picked at night to retain freshness, then pressed from their skins six days later and allowed to go through the malolactic fermentation process.

Tussock's Shiraz has a lengthy maturation period in a combination of both American and French oak prior to bottling.
