From selected vineyards located in the Argentine Uco valley at 1,050 metres above sea level. The soil in which the grapes are grown is around 24 inches deep based around clay and settled on boulders. Maceration takes placein small concrete vats for a minimum of 25 days followed by 18 months ageing in French oak barrels.
