Ramon Bilbao Rioja Crianza is full of black fruit plus an intriguing sour note, so that entwined with the sweetness of blackberries and blackcurrants comes the tang of blackberry yoghurt.

The fermentation temperatures are controlled and go up to 28 - 29º.

De-vatting (the separation of the liquid from its solid parts after fermentation) is carried out when the colour extraction has reached optimal levels.

The wine is aged in a mixture of new and old American oak for 14 months.
