Tasting Notes:
Nose: Aromas of raisins, figs and dark cherries are complemented by vanilla, cocoa, orange peel and sweet baking spices.
Palate: Rich and velvety with flavours of dried fruits, toffee and dark chocolate, layered with sherry sweetness, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Finish: Long and warming with lingering fruitcake notes, cocoa, oak spice and sweet malt richness.

Scallywag is part of the acclaimed Douglas Laing Remarkable Regional Malts collection. Named after a beloved family fox terrier, the brand combines carefully selected Speyside single malts to create whiskies with distinctive richness and character.
The 10 Year Old expression is matured predominantly in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, giving it exceptional depth and a luxurious Speyside profile. Bottled without chill filtration, it retains its full flavour and texture for an authentic whisky experience.
Serving suggestion: Best enjoyed neat to appreciate its rich sherried character, or with a few drops of water to reveal additional layers of fruit and spice. An excellent accompaniment to dark chocolate, fruitcake or mature cheeses.
