Mont Rocher is a collection of small-batch wines from southern France, created to showcase indigenous grape varieties and the unique terroir of the Languedoc region. The range focuses on authenticity, purity and a clear sense of place.
Winemaking: Cinsault grapes are harvested from selected old vines in the heart of Languedoc. The fruit undergoes careful skin-contact maceration to achieve its delicate pale colour, followed by gentle pressing and cool fermentation in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatic purity.
Vineyards: Grown between the Black Mountains and the Canal du Midi, the vineyards benefit from sun-drenched Mediterranean conditions and limestone-rich soils, producing expressive, balanced fruit with a distinct regional character.
