The Mont Rocher range focuses on traditional grape varieties and established vineyards, creating wines that reflect the distinctive character of the Languedoc.
Made from old-vine Cinsault, this rosé demonstrates why the variety is particularly well suited to producing delicate, refreshing pink wines. Rather than emphasising richness or sweetness, it offers subtle red fruit, gentle floral aromas and a crisp, dry finish.

Winemaking: Old-vine Cinsault grapes undergo carefully controlled skin contact to extract a delicate pale pink colour before gentle pressing. Cool fermentation in stainless steel helps preserve the wine's fresh red berry aromas, natural acidity and clean, dry character.
