Terre Allegre is made entirely from Trebbiano grown in Puglia. The vineyards have deep, medium-textured soils over a tufaceous limestone substrate, with mild winters and hot, dry summers.
After harvesting, the grapes are softly pressed and fermented without skin maceration at a controlled temperature below 20°C. Keeping the fermentation cool helps preserve the fresh, fruit-led character we're looking for in this light style of white wine.
The wine is then stored in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks rather than matured in oak, with careful protection against oxidation. That keeps the emphasis firmly on Trebbiano's fresh citrus fruit and clean, refreshing character rather than adding richness or oak-derived flavours.
Terre Allegre Trebbiano works particularly well as an aperitif and with starters, light pasta dishes, fish, seafood and white meats. Its crisp acidity and modest 11% ABV also make it an easy choice when you simply want a refreshing glass of white wine without food.
