This split case of 6 Umbrele wines can be made up from the following reds:

• Merlot - traditional medium heavy bodied, low tannin, and a gentle, non acidic note to finish
• Pinot Noir - very light red, gently fruity, quite dry, and oh so refreshing
• Syrah - medium bodied, dark red, and full of flavours

Whites:

• Chardonnay - very dry, muted, not oaked
• Pinot Grigio - dry, crisp and smooth
• Sauvignon Blanc - a range of apple and earthy notes

And Rose:

• Pinot Grigio Rose - very pale in colour, dry, crisp and just the right level of fruits
