Austrian wine using Gruner Veltliner grapes from over 15 year old trellis grown vines in Weinviertel.
The grapes are pressed and the must is fermented for 15 to 25 days. There is no malolactic fermentation but the wine benefits from 8 weeks of lees contact. There is no oak aging.
