Minke Gin is inspired by the wild Atlantic coastline of Ireland and takes its name from the Minke whale, a frequent visitor to Irish waters. The gin incorporates coastal and botanical influences that reflect its maritime origins.
Produced in small batches, it balances traditional gin-making with locally inspired ingredients, resulting in a spirit that is both familiar and distinctively coastal in character.
Serving suggestion: Best served with premium tonic water, plenty of ice and a garnish of lime or fresh herbs. Also works well in light, refreshing gin cocktails.
