The fruits is grown in the coolest, most westerly region of the Languedoc. The area provides perfect growing conditions for Malbec with long, warm summer days for optimal fruit ripeness and tannin and cooler spells for fantastic acid development.
Maceration takes place in rotating stainless steel Vinimatic tanks to extract maximum colour, aromas and flavour. Traditional fermentation for around 2 weeks in stainless steel tanks with no oak treatment to retain the natural fruity flavours.
