Sierra Cantabria Crianza is an intense ruby red colour with an aroma of red fruits and a little spice, vanilla and oak notes.

On the palate it is fresh, soft, balanced, with the fruit well integrated with the notes of oak, vanilla and light toast.

About

The vineyards are located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Laguardia.

The wine is aged for 6 months in tank and a further 6 months in French and American oak.

Beef, cured pork, Moroccan lamb with herbs and spices. Also aged sheep's cheese, barbecued sausages and grilled vegetables.
