Tasting Notes

This Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of blackberry, bay leaf and a whisp of dark chocolate. This leads to deep fruit and black cherry flavours with a generous chocolate note, leading to a long, stuctured finish with a perfect level of tannins.

The grapes are grown at altitude (660m) where the dummer days are hot and the nights are cold giving perfect conditions for ripening fruit leading to harvest.
