This 15 Year Old expression is initially matured in oak casks before being finished in carefully selected Semillon wine casks. The additional maturation imparts layers of ripe fruit, floral complexity and refined sweetness, enhancing Aberfeldy's classic character while creating a unique and memorable whisky.
Serving suggestion: Enjoy neat to appreciate the interplay between the Highland malt and Semillon cask influence, or add a few drops of water to reveal additional fruit and floral notes. An excellent choice for after-dinner sipping.
