A classical white Burgundy, the colour is golden yellow and the aromas are of fresh fruit salad and grape and almonds. The palate is fruity and lively with almonds, peaches and fresh lychees which give way to a lovely clean, slightly unctuous finish.

The Bourgogne white is made with Chardonnay grapes sourced from local growers. The fruit is pressed via pneumatic press and the wine is settled and clarified by carefully decanting the juice to reduce sediment. Following this the wine is aged for 7-8 months in stainless steel vats.
