The first in our new series of Craft Collector’s Edition spirits, meet Gerard’s Cut London Dry Gin. This 40% ABV gin is specially crafted using just five botanicals. It’s packed full of juniper for that intense, signature flavour we gin lovers can’t get enough of. Gerard’s Cut is named after our original hand-built copper still – and our founder’s father, Gerard, who was often seen with a gin in hand, declaring that it was midday somewhere in the world.
