About
Corte delle Calli is produced by Serena Wines 1881, a historic Veneto-based winery with over a century of winemaking heritage. The estate is known for producing accessible, fruit-forward sparkling wines that reflect the freshness and vibrancy of northern Italy.
Winemaking: Grapes are gently harvested and pressed before undergoing controlled fermentation using the Charmat method in stainless steel pressure tanks. A second fermentation preserves freshness, enhances fruit expression and creates the wine’s fine, persistent perlage.
Vineyards: Sourced from vineyards in the Treviso area of Veneto, where warm days and cool Alpine-influenced nights allow grapes to ripen fully while retaining crisp acidity and aromatic freshness. The blend typically includes Glera with a proportion of Pinot Noir for colour and red fruit character.
