From the Castilla-La Mancha region in central spain comes this delightful Organic red.

These vineyards are organically farmed and planted on ancient soils in the Tomelloso subregion of Castilla la Mancha.

Only the premium 'Free Run' juice is used to craft the wine which is made with Tempranillo, the principal variety used for Rioja. It is an expressive Spanish red, a palate of black fruit - blackcurrants, blackberries, lightened by a fragrant sprinkling of spice.

Try it with duck, cheeses and mushroom dishes as well as lightly spiced dishes.
