Fresh and fruit forward

Attractive light golden colour, aromas of fresh green apples, appricots and pears, with nutty hints of walnut and hazlenut.

Quite light on the palate carrying fresh and fruity flavours with a moderate buttery finish.

About

Originating from higher altitudes in the south of Frace with a fantastic Mediterranean climate. The temperature cools down significantly during the hot summer nights which gives the wine a nice level of acidity. The soils are heavy with clay. Tussock Wild Boar Chardonnay is aged for 9 months in oak barrels.
